Many of the men of her dismal world have been crippled, tamed, reduced, subdued, and conquered, taught to prize themselves in direct proportion to the extent they do treason to their manhood. They are taught to ignore their might, judgment, strength, and agility, taught to be ashamed of the promptings of their blood. Would not their sick society collapse and their miserable world perish if even a hint of manhood were suspected?
