The second and third acts, though the order was unclear, were the placement of a carpet of straw and a candle in both the 'Grain Room' and the 'Harbor Room'. The candles were lit and would soon burn down to the straw, which, when ignited, would set everything within reach afire. The fourth act, an act which failed, was the attempt to treat the 'Central Room' similarly.
